The PITT Sport & Speed Fundamentals Camp Ages 8-11

August 7th-11th (M-F 9am – 12pm)

This camp will introduce speed and agility basics and fundamentals that will carry over to a broad spectrum of sports including but not limited to football, soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, track and field along with many others. Campers will also be exposed to resistance training and exercise in the form of bodyweight training, medicine ball work, along with other training strategies.
