Sport & Speed Fundamentals Camp

June 13-15th (M-F 1pm – 3pm)

This 3 day camp will introduce speed and agility basics and fundamentals that will carry over to a broad spectrum of sports including but not limited to football, soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, track and field along with many others.  Campers will also be exposed to resistance training and exercise in the form of bodyweight training, medicine ball work, along with other training strategies.

Youth Development Camp

This camp will be a fun 3 day experience for any young athletes.  Basic movement skills such as agility, flexibility, speed, strength, and sportsmanship will be the focus all while engaging in fun activities. This camp is intended to build athleticism and confidence in our youth.

This is a 4-Day GIRLS ONLY camp to introduce the fundamentals of weight training with the intent to build a strong foundation while preventing injuries, as well as gaining confidence not only in the weight room, but on the field or court. The importance of females building strength will help promote strong and confident young athletes

Athletes will work with formal college and NFL veterans to improve their specific speed and explosiveness while simultaneously developing position specific skills that will allow them to transfer their explosives to the field of play.

Volleyball Season Prep

4 Day Camp

Are you ready for this upcoming season?  This 4-day camp will be a fun opportunity to train with like-minded athletes.   Focusing on strength, mobility, speed, and jump training specifically for volleyball will give athletes the tools to perform at their greatest potential during this upcoming season.
