Our college program allows college athletes/students an affordable option without neglecting the high quality product The Pitt has to offer. From the first day a client signs up, he/she will complete a comprehensive evaluation by our staff in order to assist with the needs and goals of that individual. There are allotted College Group Training times that allow these members to enjoy the benefits of training in a group setting with other young, driven members or simply just use the facility during regular off-time hours. Our daily focus is to improve power, strength, flexibility, cardio as well as help making healthier lifestyle choices such as nutrition and daily routine.
We understand your schedule can be hectic at times and therefore we have blocked off specific times during the day when you can come in and follow your program to keep you moving closer to achieving your goals.
Within an electric atmosphere you will be taken through a condensed version of our athletic performance program by coaches who can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The workout will focus on improving flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building total body strength, and improving your cardiovascular fitness.
This trend setting group fitness class; ALL-IN, allows you to achieve your health and fitness goals with a diverse age group. Offered to middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults all at the same time you are lead through a fun dynamic workout rotating through cardio and strength days for a complete full body workout every day. You will be motivated by coaches and others in the class to spark you through the workout. This class is designed for women, men, and children of all fitness abilities.
