Sports Fundamentals (Ages 5-8) with PITT Facility

This camp will be a fun 5 day experience for any young athlete. Basic sports skills such as agility, flexibility, speed, strength, and sportsmanship will be the focus all while engaging in fun activities.

Speed & Agility (Ages 12-14) with PITT Facility

6/17/2019 - 6/21/2019 From: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This 5-day camp will introduce speed and agility basics and fundamentals that will carry over to a broad spectrum of sports including but not limited to football, soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, track and field along with many others. Campers will also be exposed to resistance training and exercise in the form of bodyweight training, medicine ball work, along with other training strategies.

Football Camp (Ages 12-14) with PITT Facility

6/24/2019 - 6/28/2019 From: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In this 5-day camp, athletes will work with formal college and NFL veterans to improve their speed and explosiveness. They will also be lead through drills to help develop position specific skills that will allow them to transfer their explosiveness to the field of play.

Focusing on strength, mobility, speed, and jump training specifically for volleyball will give athletes the tools to perform at their greatest potential during this upcoming season.
