People always work harder when they feel like they are a part of a great team, and we want to surround you with others who share the same beliefs as you, and who will encourage you, but will also hold you accountable, who will share in the struggle with you, but will also help you find your own way, and most importantly who will be with you for every step of your journey. Here at the PITT we value the desire, drive, and discipline of a great TEAM which is why our program is molded around an electric group training atmosphere. We encourage all of our members to find their “why” so they can have a driving force inside of them while training with their teammates here at the PITT. The Pitt staff and coaches value our members and understand each person has different wants/needs they seek from us. The day you are a member with us, you will be given a MyZone belt that helps track workouts as well as compete with others within the group for each workout. After walking you through the belt, our tracking app as well as your app to sign in for class, you will have the opportunity to step on our InBody machine for a full body composition analysis report to take home. This analysis allows the member as well as the coaches analyze body weight, body fat as well as many other measurables that help in goal setting.
We understand your schedule can be hectic at times and therefore we have blocked off specific times during the day when you can come in and follow the Pitt Workout of the Day program to keep you moving closer to achieving your goals.
Within an electric and team based atmosphere, you will be taken through an intense 60 minute session. Coaches are motivating and guiding you through the workouts along with other members propelling you through the workout. The class caters to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The program alternates between strength and cardio days focusing on improving your cardiovascular health, building total body strength, and increasing your upper and lower body power. Each day of the week is a different program with emphasis on different movements. We understand aging is inevitable, but with age we program so we can continue to move and feel amazing. At The Pitt, we program for results as well as functionality and flexibility to maintain a healthy lifestyle long term.
Burn 30 offers a total conditioning class in only 30 minutes. Perfect for busy schedules when you are still trying to get a quick workout in. Aside from a short demo from a coach, this independent class uses MyZone to track your heart rate throughout the workout. You are able to see your MyZone statuses throughout the workout which can be used to compete with yourself and others. This new and innovative workout class is made to cut the training time without sacrificing the results.
If you prefer a 1:1 coaching relationship for your training experience or you have a variable schedule at work and need the option to schedule training at your convenience, this option is for you. Our coaches will keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and laser your focus so you can reach your goals. If you have any specific health or injury conditions, your coach will work cohesively with your medical team to plan a safe and effective program.
