At the PITT we believe you deserve to give the people around you the best version of you, whether that is your spouse, your kids, or the people you are of service to everyday. No matter how hard you work, how committed you are, and how disciplined you are, there is always someone inside of you that works even harder, is more committed, and is more disciplined than you. In order to pull that other person out of you, we believe you need to be a part of a great team. People always work harder when they feel like they are a part of a great team, and we want to surround you with others who share the same beliefs as you, and who will encourage you, but will also hold you accountable, who will share in the struggle with you, but will also help you find your own way, and most importantly who will be with you for every step of your journey. Here at the PITT we value the desire, drive, and discipline of a great TEAM which is why our program is molded around an electric group training atmosphere. We encourage all of our members to find their “why” so they can have a driving force inside of them while training with their teammates here at the PITT. When you have a big enough reason why, you will always find a way to do the how. Let us help you discover your “why”.
Each member will get the opportunity to sit down with a coach to discuss their individual training goals and aspirations. With these goals in mind, you will go through an in-depth assessment to identify any dysfunctional movement patterns that may be negatively affecting how you feel and perform in your daily life. Finally, we will identify any faults within the areas of flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular fitness so we can effectively map out your training process.
Once your goals, movement patterns, and weaknesses have been identified, you will receive a customized training program to help you look good and feel great. This program will be updated every six weeks.
We understand your schedule can be hectic at times and therefore we have blocked off specific times during the day when you can come in and follow your program to keep you moving closer to achieving your goals.
Within an electric atmosphere you will be taken through a condensed version of our athletic performance program by coaches who can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The workout will focus on improving flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building total body strength, and improving your cardiovascular fitness.
If you prefer a 1:1 coaching relationship for your training experience or you have a variable schedule at work and need the option to schedule training at your convenience, this option is for you. Our coaches will keep you motivated, hold you accountable, and laser your focus so you can reach your goals. If you have any specific health or injury conditions, your coach will work cohesively with your medical team to plan a safe and effective program.
